Phoenix Consumer Services Almost Ripped Me Off I Think Largo Florida

I recently got called (today actually) by these *ssholes. They said the same things you all posted. Got the confirmation # and was told someone would call me back. An hour later someone called. We talked then he asked for my banks name and account #. I told him at the time I couldn't afford it and he said that would I be able to afford it in 7 days. I said maybe and he said he would call me back this coming Friday. We shall see. I never said to take the $129.95 out of my account so we shall see what happens. Luckily my mom is the manager of the credit union I bank at. She's also on my account for emergencies so she filed an affadvit refusing any charges for that amount. Just wanted to let everyone here know I got this too and if you all have any other information than what's on the site please let me know.

They do have a site and it is http://www.phoenixconsumerservices.com. There is a # listed there that's different than all the others I've gotten. So far here is a list of #s. First one is the one I got a call from.
