I have been recieving calls from phoenix consumer services for the last several weeks now. But when I call the number back, there is no answer sometimes, but today when I called back this so called consumer service now has their main number turned into a fax number that beeps instead of an anwering machine picking up or a live person picking up, if they see your number on thier caller i.d., they take the phone off the hook so their line remains busy.

Today after repeatedly presistant calls to this consumer service number I got through, when I asked to speak to the super, the female asked why I wanted to speak to him, I told her that I was sick and tired of their number coming up on my caller i.d. and when I try to call back there is no answer, she said that the supers name is Mike, I said Mike what?, and was told that his last name is none of my business.

At this point, she began to try and get on the street tough attitude with me, I told her she has met her match and cut the attitude, I want to know now what your services offer, she told me that we have been denied credit recently and to rebuild our credit they are offering a pre-approved credit card of visa or mastercard. When I asked her how much we were approved for she hesitated and really couldn't answer, all the while I could hear warehouse type noises in the backround and a male asking who is it? and I could tell that she was turning away from the phone to answer him and talk to me at the same time. When I told her that I would be filing a complaint on line with the attorney general of Arizonia, she became sorta quite, and this is when I ended the call and began to file with the attorney general when I came across your website.

We just refinanced our home, so how is it that we have been turned down for credit that we have applied for? we consolidated all our bills when refinancing and have not applied for any credit cards.
