The reason I am contacting you is because we recently got scammed by a company.  We have kept in contact with this company as best we can to make reasonable efforts to pay our car payments on time.  The first reason we are contacting you is because this finance company is ripping people off by charging 33% finance charges that they failed to disclose to us when we bought the car.  

 Second, I did keep in contact with them, when we were going to be late.  However, this company also out of the blue
expected us to pay fees on top of the interest & payments, which we told them we would catch up on later.  We were all caught up on our regular monthly payments, just as we said we would do.   

We did not promise them that we would pay the fees at the time.  They mailed the both of the payments back to us that we had paid absolutely for no reason. We were all up to date on our regular payments.  The company deliberately lied and said we hadnt paid for November when we did.

They took our car for no reason. The company had no legal cause to repossess our car, because we had made all our payments as agreed according to the contract and it was up to date.
