Cheats Contractors that work for him by changing invoice and payment dates to suit his own personal needs. Runs his week to week operations with other peoples money, because he squanders his chasing women all day.
Horse whips his customers insurance companies with services that are not needed or supplied to the home owner. Completes nothing fully that he starts, every single project is left with lose ends and unfinished business. Clearly thinks the world, and the people in it owe him something. In a nut shell, grown man that behaves like a snot nosed kid from the getto of midtown mobile. Father is a local attorney thinks he is above all laws.
