Picasso Nail & Spa in Frisco Texas is a horrid place to visit. You are supposed to relax there but the staff is very snooty,  materialistic, and judgmental, and they will abuse  and  insult customers who don't meet their standards. Then they charge them more money at the very end. Management is no good and this establishment has a (((REDACTED))) They have been known to chase customers out to their vehicles demanding more of a tip.  (((REDACTED)))

Why even bother to go here? There are sooooo many other ethical, better, and cleaner nail salonsd and spas in this area. If you go here, you are PAYING for their faux "expensive" decor!

Why go here? They change the prices on a whim, openly insult and degrade customers, gossip about customers with other customers after one leaves, they charge you to fix the problem they caused (smudged toenail during the pedicure), and turn their nose up at select clientele.

Picasso Nail & Spa here is the truth:You work at a NAIL salon. You were taught this menial skill before fleeing your homeland, and you have to follow the rules and regulations of the country and state that you work in. The best advertising is word of  mouth,  and some of those customers you have been so horrid to know far many more people than you do, and the word is traveling quickly.  Other nail and spas do not engage in the behavior that you do daily, as mentioned in the first paragraph.

To my readers: I have been to this salon on multiple occasions, and observed the behavior above. If not, then I would never write this review. The only good thing about this place is the decor and the color selection. My review is fair and balanced. See for yourself while Picasso Nail and Spa is still open.  Word is that they are being investigated and they will soon face reprucussions for not abiding by Frisco's business standards. You owe it to yourself to check out other nail and spa places in  Frisco Texas that are of a higher caliber. :)
