well i submitted a picture called my kids on picture .com. they said i was going to be published in a book called endless journeys library of congress isbn-0-7951-5247-7, scheduled for publication in the fall of 2006. i sent in $102.95 ,via money order on july 24th 2007.they deposited this money order on the 27th of july 2006.( i put in a money order inquiry!) later i get a letter saying the book wont be ready until march of 2007 for shipment. i had sent a letter in april of 2007 asking for a refund as i was tired of waiting,no response.

so i called at the begining of may and asked for a refund. the man said they would give it to me and then said he couldnt because the book was scheduled to be sent at the end of may 2007 and i would have to send the book back for a refund.i also sent another letter in may demanding my money back! so today june 12th, i called again,because i didnt receive the book or the money back. the woman said the book was scheduled to be sent out the 30th of this month and if i had called last month i would have gotton the refund. i said to her thats what the guy said when i called last month! why cant you send me my refund? she said the same thing over and i said i was gonna have to report this! so no book after almost a year,i got no refund,just the run around!
