After arguing with our credit card company (Capital One) for 9 months, they refuse to help even though we have had a credit card with them for years - - very disappointing. Pimseur claims to have sent our credit card company 7 pages of back-up documentation supporting their right to charge our card $64.00/month, every month, for eternity! We accepted the $9.99 trial offer, received it and immediately decided it wasn't at all what was advertised. We returned the item(s), after being provided a return label from them. We were credited, and then the trouble began. The 2nd month, we were charged again. We called the credit card company and Pimseur. We have been arguing ever since. We were told by Capital One that we can't even cancel our credit card - - Pimseur has a right to charge our card $64.00/month for ever, even though we don't even have the product! How can they get away with this?? We now need to try to borrow money to pay off our credit card so we can get rid of this monthly charge - pay the credit card in full!!
