When I first saw the Pimsleur Approach program it seemed promising at first. I've always wanted to learn the Japanese language since it's in my blood. The initial price was set at $9.95 and before I was ready to agree and purchase I noticed a box that was already selected, which if I was in a hurry I probably wouldn't have noticed it, and it stated that I wanted the Gold Edition for the language that I have chosen. So I clicked it again and made sure it that what I clicked meant that I wasn't going to be sent the gold edition. A month and a week or so passed after getting the $9.95 set of CD's in the mail and I was sent another box which was in bad condition. The Gold Edition set was inside. I called and told whoever was on the other side of the phone that I saw the selection and I clicked it so it should'nt have been sent to me. She lied through her teeth and told me there was no such selection and the Gold Edition was included with the purchase of the $9.95 set. So I asked if I could send it back because I haven't even opened it yet, don't plan on using it because I don't have the time. She wouldn't let me send it back. After I had hung I noticed I should've recorded the phone call just like they do.
