For ONE: YOU PUT HAROLD LEAH & THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH THIS ALL YOURSELVES SO DON'T BLAME LEAH FOR ANYTHING AT ALL FOR SHE NEVER DID ANYTHING NOR EVEN GOES ON A COMPUTER SO THAT TELLS YOU.

There is no such evidence of the false claims of this with Jason Munn of whatever he is stating against Leah for she has nothing to do with him or anything at.

2. Debbie Kern, Kate McBride, Teresa D. from Strike Goldens. Kate Kathleen Durso in TN and many more that are all into this with being against Leah for no other reasons other than jealousy issues with assumptions. Do you know what the word Assume means as I am sure everybody does? A** U ME and that is what you all are making yourselves out to be that will not leave this family alone.

4. Jason Munn was in fact told not to breed Daisy for the genetic issues and he chose to anyway knowing she was to be a pet only and a white dove dog with having a very long nose that was not show quality to breed and knowing 2 dogs of hers died.

For Debbie Kern, there are NO SUCH thing as FAKE AKC Papers just as again contact AKC for Debbie Kern is NOTHING but a back stabbing HATTER and VINDICTIVE PERSON that will take all this that she claims to her Grave with her for we all know where she is going when she dies in taking it all with her for it is all pretty
obvious.

6. Sydney was never sold to Leah she was sold to some guy first as a puppy which AKC has records of this, contact AKC verifying truth of the matter so you can all see what a BIG LIAR Debbie C. Kern really is that started all this against the Winkler's herself with assuming (ASS U ME) which bot did she ever make one of her self too with all this mess.

7. YOU ALL NEED TO STOP AGAINST THIS FAMILY FOR GOD KNOWS WHAT YOU ARE ALL DOING TO THEM EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU.

8. Winkler's have current emails from Debbie Kern proving the facts and evidence of what she is doing to them. And sorry it has made a mess of every breeders reputation that is involved in this mess with Debbie Kern of what they did to such lovely innocent people.

This report and all the responses to rebuttal are written by a the same breeder, a competitor, in an attempt to smear my good name and reputation.

My dogs have valid health clearances and receive a very high standard of care.  I own puppies from three litters of the dog in question, all extremely healthy, as well as all puppies who have been adopted.



To the author of this report, you go by many names but, we both know who you are:



You are facing a law suit for defamation of character an libel.  I will make sure you are held accountable for your actions and liable for the damage you are trying to cause.



I demand you send me disclosure of all names and numbers of any veterinarian, private person, or breeder to support your alleged issues with me or my dogs.  Furthermore I want necropsy reports and any other pertainent information you have. Post any evidence on this site if you are truly concerned about my business practices.



I know I will never receive any of these documents prior to going to court because everything you are espousing is a lie.  I feel sorry for Harold and your children for the heartache you put them through.

Untrue stories by Jason Munn. He paid for a different dog and demanded driving up from Florida on same day as paid when dog would be in from CA on Tuesday showed up in somebody else's drive way Friday before demanding he is not leaving without a dog any dog when his dog was not sent by the breeder yet. He demanded a dog that he did NOT pay for so they had no other choice than to give him a dog that had a bad reputation from a breeder in CA that was not a import with a _ _ _ _  _  -   n _ - ---. So Jason got belligerent and hateful so they gave him a dog he wanted that should have not been bred at all with a previous puppy issue and was in fact told about it but he insisted to take a dog when he was told that dog Daisy needed to be in fact spayed due to genetics.

There is no such person of Leah Winkler that sold this crazy man a dog or any man, for that named person does NOT own any dogs, hum check with AKC yourself they will tell you, so funny to blame your puppy mill on a person that does not own dogs nor breeds them either, nice try fool. Jason went to a breeder's house in NC and demanded one of  their dogs when he in fact placed a deposit on one that was being shipped. He showed up at their dog sitting in somebody else's drive way and demand I am NOT leaving here with a dog that was not due to come in from CA the following week.

I know this because I inquired on the same dog that was NOT for sale that Jason took and I myself was told by Jay himself that this dog had to be spayed so I am sure Jay told Jason the same thing, so that tells you Jason was aware, and still breeding the dog anyway when 2 pups died in the same litter and one female lost her eye. Jay told me that Daisy needed to be spayed or if not to make sure that PRA testing was done thoroughly on that dog before thinking about breeding her.

Sounds to be funny taht GRCA members are following the breed standard and others are NOT just to make $$$$$$ and be greedy of it too it is NOT about the welfare of the actual dog or breed or heaven forbid somebody Innocent dog or puppy dying and what does Jason care about, pretty obvious if you ask us, it is all about $$$$$$ there is NO record of PRA testing on that dog from White Dove. White Dove has been on good terms with Daisy's previous owners so why would they bash White Dove, which they are NOT they are bashing MONEY HUNGRY Jason Munn. Mentioning people's names that are NOT involved in this is very wrong what you are doing. This is me with this issue and my beliefs NOT yours. So stop blaming others and blame yourself MONEY HUNGRY Puppy Mill!

I have been harassed by a con artist named Leah Winkler for a year and a half.  Please search her name on this site or Google to find out what type of person is making these false rip-off reports.  Avoid any contactwith this dangerous person unless you want to subject yourself to the type of harassment my family and others who has come into contact with her endure.  Look closely at the complaints, the sameperson wrote both and used different names.

 But first, who is Jason Munn?  I was born and raised in rural Iowa.  I owned and operated a constructioncontracting company for 10 years.  I was an Elementary Teacher for 6 years and an Elementary Principal for 4 years. I was a grant writer and had always worked in Title 1 schools.  Presently, I live on a wooded acreage with mywife and children; responsibly raising beautiful dogs. I have taken protective measures to relocate and keep my familys address private due to Leah Winkler.
Leah Winkler, Lea Winkler, Robert Paul Smith, Cali California (actually the name of one of her dogs), Harold Winkler, importgoldens.com English Creme Goldens, Frosty Paws, Desert Sun Goldens, Snowy Paws.phone number 8283240102 is all the same person.  She uses numerous other aliases, presently operating under her kennel name Import Goldens and the name Harolds family on her website.  Leah Winkler is originally from California, running cons with show dogs out of Hickory, North Carolina and Arizona.  Most recently she uses Western Piedmont of North Carolina, as her location.  I am just one of many people she has used this site to harass.  Why?

 I first came into contact with Leah through her now defunct website:  englishcremegoldens.com.  After many phone conversations, I agreed to purchase two dogs from her.  Once I wired her a very large sum of money, she changed her disposition and personality (of which she has many) as she demanded more money than previously agreed.  I quickly realized I was the victim of a con.  I jumped in my truck and drove 11 straight hours to her address in Hickory, NC.  I confronted her and demanded she give me my money back, or the dogs I agreed to buy.  After threat of police involvement, she reluctantly sold me Daisy and Daisys daughter with full registration as per our written contract. 

As soon as I returned home, her harassment began.  Shesaid I stole her dog from her. She threatened me and my family with violence and defamation of character repeatedly unless, I bring her b*tch back. She was relentless, continually making inconsistent claims that Daisy had various rare defects.  I would research her claims andrun to the vet for testing.   After the third claimed disorder and round of vet bills, I still refused to return my Daisy, a very healthy beautiful family pet with full clearances. After talking toseveral other breeders and puppy buyers who had the same experience with her or worse, I did not engage in any more communication with her.   She has now resorted to using this website tosmear my name, as she has done to many other decent people.  Many who have contact with her end up as a victim of her cons or continual harassment and threats, or all the above.  She has a history of assault and battery along with charges for keeping deposits on puppies without delivery of the promised pup. There are numerous accusations against her for forgery of documentation on her dogs and puppies as well as animal cruelty.  She will no doubt follow this post with foulmouthed lies from more of her created personas.  She is also being investigated by the GRCA. Robert Paul Smith is the name, and this is in fact true! I have been out to your home and saw for myself looked into it, and researched on it my own self. The guy bought the dog from a family breeder in NC, and he knows what he is doing wrong by breeding that dog from White Dove Kennels out of California. I can vouge for this myself and so can many others and plus dog breeders too. This dog is being bred passing bad genetics down and one of her pups died from it at age 6 mos., one died at 8 1/2 mos from the same litter. This dog desperately needs to be spayed and this guy is breeding her for a $$$ profit is all and it is all about $$$$ with him too. This dog is a back yard bred looking dog with an extremely long nose on her. I pray for anybody that buys any puppy from this guy Jason Munn being he is failing on his end to better the breed standards of the breed GRCA within show quality dogs.

I am writing this rebuttal in response to a complaint posted by Cali California with an Arizona IP address. 

I have no idea who this person is. Their claims are false. Unfortunately, I cant address
him or her directly, as there is no real name used on the complaint.  I have not been contacted by anyone other than happy new puppy owners.  I engage in health testing and clearances on my dogs and encourage other breeders to do the same.  My oldest dog is four years old. 

I have never sold a dog to anyone in Arizona or California. To this date, I have not sold a puppy or a dog with full registration.  While I do offer full registration, I have turned away all breeders who have contacted me in regards to full registration or stud service as they have not met my extremely high standards for such. 

In addition, anyone who is interested in any type of breeding rights must visit my familys home in person.  They must also be willing to submit to a home visit by me to ensure they are interested in betterment of the breed and have the proper knowledge and practices that my dogs deserve.
