Pinellas County "Child Protective Services" CPS or CPI The BUSINESS of Removing children, Safe Families Act of '97 ensures "cash bonuses" to agency Largo, Florida

In 2006 a child was removed from a home in Pinellas County where the mother was a victim of Domestic Violence. She was not given any options regarding leaving the home with her child in order to flee from the angry abusive spouse, they simply placed the child with the childs biological father, who just months prior had beaten his own girlfriend in the head and left an L shaped permanant scar.

The mother advised CPS that her childs biological father was Extremely abusive, as well as used drugs and alchohol. For which they tested he and the girlfriend for drugs and they failed the urine tests.

Over the years, the childs biological father barely allows the court ordered visitation, and at the drop of a hat will tell the mother she can not see her child until he changes his mind and allows the visits again.

Throughput 2006-2012 the biological father and his same girlfriend use and abuse alcohol and drugs, neglect to provide the child necessary eye glasses for over year, have numerous arrests in Pinellas and Hillsborogh Counties for Domestc Violence and driving under the influence and filed restaining orders subsequently dropped by the girlfriend who throws the childs father and the child out on a regular basis, to only beg them to return so the child is constantly moving from home to home.

And then there's the childs biological fathers latest arrest on 9-24-12 for Not One but Two counts of Domestic Violence by STRANGULATION for which the girlfriend lived through and of course has not cooperated with the State Attny so they had no choice but to drop the charges.

The CPS are now investigating the the childs father and girlfriend and when the mother asks about returning the child to her, as he will be safe in her own home that she shares only with her 2 yrar old child and works full time, they tell her that "they have people working with them in the home to adress the issues."

The Safe Families Act of 1997 by Bill Clinton offets "cash bonuses" to CPS agencies for removing a child from the home and further "cash bonuses" for not returning them to that home. The agency will not Admit that they made an error in him being placed there. Instead they make every attempt to back up their Poor decision... AT THE ULTIMATE COST OF THE CHILDS safety and security and happiness.

Stop the madness.. call for a repeal of this agency or complete abolishment as the system is now Currupt and No longer Protects the very children they are claiming to, but is purely in the Buisness pf making money from them which ensures job security for ivestigators, state employees, lawyers, gaurdoan ad litems, court personell, judges, psycologists, councelors, caseworkers, therapists, foster parents ect. Poor people are Often TARGETED as they do not have the finances to fight the system. Funding does Not encourage reuniting families.

Shame on the destruction of families caused by this agency. THE ULTIMATE RIP-OFF.
