Pinnacle Financial Solutions, Ryan Zimmerman LOAN MODIFICATION SCAM Beverly Hills California

This company is completely a con. My wife and I used them for a loan modification and trusted in Mr. Ryan Zimmerman. He comes across as a very knowledgable man, but that is the furthest thing from the truth. I have filed a judgement against the individual, though I am sure that I wont see a penny of it. I DO NOT know this person personally and am NOT an ex employee. I am a hardworking man that lost a great deal of money. Mr. Zimmerman and his company have SEVERAL law suits pending against them; eventually they wont be able to run anymore. This is all public information at the courthouse. I found his personal address, as I have tried to have him served with the judgement by the local sheriffs department.

Even within the release itself his name is spelled two different ways (i.e. ''Jodie McMillian'' and ''Jody McMillian''). If you've been ripped off by these guys, you may find the part where he describes his partners, Ryan Zimmerman and Dennis James, as ''the top loan modifications (sic) consultants in the country'' to be mildly amusing to say the least.
