Pinzoo.com Pinzoo Ebay complicated system, hanged up on me a lot of times, Internet

First of all, the website's customer service works only from PST 9-6 (while on other page on the same website it says they work from 7 to 8 PST). I purchased a pin for a simple mobile plan couple of weeks ago and created a profile with them, could not access the account since then, did not any help from the so called "customer service". When i tried to purchase another pin, i created another account with them and called them to verify the account.

After 20 minutes and same stupid questions, i was told that someone would contact me soon. No one called me, and it was just before they were closing. Apperently the representative did not wish to continue resolving my issue and just lied to me by saying that someone else will contact me shortly. I went to another website, purchased the pin without any problems or hassles and was very satisfied with the service.
