I gave him a list of counties I was considering to use for the pull. The list came back in rather weired fashion. One county had 32000 (which isnt even the most populated county) and most others didnt even break 1000.

I'm a one man shop and like to personalize my mailing and would never be able to handle 4000 mailers. So I had him take out the indiana counties. He raised the price to .22 cents a piece. That was fine, I just wanted my list.
Hi, yes we can do that we just need to add the dates to the lead and pull by 2 and 3 year adjustable coming due. The cost is 22 cents each for 2,500.

When I recieved my invoice I noticed at the top he entered all the counties again. So, I called him to remind him of our previous conversation. He said no problem and fixed it. Our agreement was to gather info on customers that were 60-90 day out from a fixed rate going to adjustable. The next day I overnighted him a money order for 477.00.
The next evening I recieved my list. I looked it over and noticed all the info on it was incorrect. All the dates were on customers that already met there adjustable period. Most were 3 months old. This made the list entirely unusable.
That night and the next morning I called Mr. Rud's office. I got voicemail. That was strange the 10 or so previous calls he was always right there to answer the phone.I sent several emails and called several times. ...nothing.
The next day I got into my office late in the morning. Still no word from MR. Rud. I called several times again, still got his voicemail and no answers on the email.
Finally around 3 pm I recieved an email:
Doug please look at the invoice that you approved. We pulled the list exactly the way you requested. If you want to change your order we can do that but the re-run fee will be $80

I was very angry that he would be asking for more money. He knew specifically what I wanted. I sent several emails and over a dozen phone calls making sure he knew exacally what I wanted. He has not returned a phone call since the order.
I mentioned to him that I would be contacting the bbb (they were worthless) and the IG of Idaho, this was his reply:
Greetings, you agreed that those were the dates to pull the list by. That is why we put everything in writing. You agreed in writing that was the exact list you wanted.
If you choose to take action against our company we will be forced to take our own action against your extortion tactics.
All I wanted was a corrected copy of the list so I had something useable for my 477.00. His website states this in his FAQ link:
Q: How do I know the list will be accurate?
A: Good question. We guarantee our data will be 100% accurate or we will replace the data
Well the data he sold me was 100% inaccurate. He offered nothing but to get more money from me.
I have since I first ordered from his company found 2 others I ran accross that he did the same thing to. This is one of there posts in a brokers forum:

I purchased $1600 worth of exclusive internet leads from Dan Rude with Pioneer Media/ lenderLead. Dan Rude told me the leads were exclusive and directed me by phone to websites where he generated his leads.
The people I spoke to were literally in total despair over the 100 calls they had received over the last 2 months from Loan Officers.
Dan Rude will not return my calls unlike the 10 times I spoke to him prior to sending my money. I called the county sherriffs department in Iowa where Pioneer Info is located. They told me I need to file a complaint in California and have them contact the authorities.
Any help by any and all will be appreciated.
The other one was Larry Larsen.
Anyway, Buyer beware. I thought the BBB would help me but they didnt listen to anything I had to say. They were protecting there local customer. Makes me wonder why I'm wasting 300 a year on them.
