Pirelli tire did not honer ,rebate for tire purchase Internet, Nationwide

pirelli had promo on tire purchase,buy 4 tires p-zero and get a 80.00 dollar rebate.i purchased 4 p-zero tires.i registered tires,filled out rebate form.after a month i decided to contact them,very difficult to contact.but i did,after a 2 week period i revived a card from them stating that i failed to submit copy of recite,and i have 10 days or rebate offer is void.i called the number on card . 

finally have source of contact.spoke to woman.i explained i purchased tires on internet.and i did send copy of my recite from internet.she instructed me to fax the copy of recite to her and she will insure that the process will take affect.i faxed copy .i have cover letter and verification that fax went threw.i have not heard ,nor received rebate.i purchased tires based on rebate total price was over 1200,dollars.i would have gone with a another corp,just bad buisness.
