Pitney Bowes needs to be stopped in their untrustworthy paractices.


Our small buisness had one of their machines for a few years. Wit tightning of the belt we decided it was cheaper to print postage elsewhere. When calling to cancel our machine the nightmare started. We were informed we had missed two payments the year before.


Well if anyone knows, a company does not let you misss payments and keep letting you use their machine. Nothing was ever said of this until we cancelled. We were told a box would come for us to ship it back in. The box came very fast and we returned it just as fast.


Now they claim we never returned the machine ,which we did using their printed return postage.


Well because they claim they never received it we have been billed the whole time this machine has been gone. We havnt paid the bills so it was filed with Experian. We also receive 5-10 calls per day from them.


We know they have their machine ,they know they have it. They just dont want to admit it and loose any money. If your thinking about this company dont. The monthly fee seems cheap, but then you have the service contracts in case it breaks down, the in cartridges are way over priced for the unit, their accounting department can not keep up with the bills just like they can not keeep up with the returned machines.

How are you certain they have the machine? Did you contact the shipping company with the tracking number and verify delivery?

The shipping company should be able to provide you proof of delivery.
