let me begin by saying that we love pizza huts pizza and all they offer. But everytime we call in a order we go through hell. You see my husband and i have our own bussines, and we like to treat our customers every other weekend to free lunch. But every time we call, not only do we have a very hard time getting through but when we finally do they put us on hold for at least and i mean the very least 10 min before someone answers. Then there the most rudest people ever!! very very rude. and when we ask to speak to the manager he gets just as rude as the empployee if not worse. Our town is not that grand that they have to put us on hold for that long "there several other pizza hut locations" its just that this perticular one happens to be just blocks from our business. Any ways we really are dissapointed with this rest. and were sorry to say our business,friends and family we no longer be donig business with pizza hut agian.

Yes i have been there pizza hut midland tx...(I mean getto hut) poor service yes!!..dish soap flavored soggy pizza...Gross! and come with rude service included...( I want to place an order plese hold the dish soap water...would you like rude service that sir...no thanks i'll pass)

OK, there are always two sides to every story. How did you treat them? And if this one is so busy all of the time, as you say, and you are so close, then either run and pick it up, or find another location to order from. And keep in mind...you are not the only people that this restaurant serves and we now live in a time where "the customer is not always right" and the reason why is because of how some customers treat employees and as adults throw temper tantrums to get their way, or because they don't like something or because something wasn't to their liking. I'm not saying that you did this, but something just seems to be missing here. Don't judge the entire Pizza Hut business because of one location, because they aren't all like that. I've never had any issues with Pizza Hut, at all. I'd say it's simply time to find a different location that may treat you better.

Why don't you order on line at their web sight? Then (here is a novel idea), since yu say theya re only a block away, get up off you butt, get in your car, drive to the pizza hut and pick them up.

I am so sick of customers getting mad because they get put on hold. You all think you are the only one ordering food. Get a clue already people, when your put on hold that means other customers are ordering BEFORE you. If you have to call many times or get put on hold for 10 minuets then THAT MEANS THEY ARE VERY BUSSY, maybe you don't NEED pizza from that restaurant RIGHT now, try another pizza joint. That goes for delivery time as well.
Don't be rude to employees and they will be nice to you, If you want restaurant employees to treat you with respect then treat the employees with respect.
Pizza hut only cares about the bottom line so they do not allow us to have enough employees working to do the job right.
If you all want better service then TEACH your kids responsibility, they are the ones working in restaurants, Hello! get a clue.
By the way people, the employees that you are rude to are making food that you are about to PUT IN YOUR MOUTH, think about that.
Don't be rude to employees and they will be nice to you, If you want restaurant employees to treat you with respect then treat the employees with respect.

You as the consumer have power.
If you stop supporting a business, the business loses your money.
If you are being treated poorly by this location, I am more than sure there are plenty of options for ordering pizza.
Simply stop supporting their poor service.
