Plains Commerce Bank -TOTAL ACCESS CARD TOTAL CARD ACCESS RIP OFF WARNING Sioux Falls South Dakota

I once had this card. These people are hard core criminals only after one thing..your hard earned money!! they have continually called and harrassed me for the so called $800 that was charged as overdraft fees when I hardly ever used the card. They have threatened me continually that they would sue me in court and so have their junk debt dealer collection agencies who I totally ignore!!! The best you can do to beat this harrassment is put in writing a cease and desist letter and tell them you refuse to deal with a third party collection agency. I'm doing the same.

I, thought this program was no longer being offered plains commerce bank closed my account 05/2006 cause I disputed an unauthorized charge that was made, to my card. After, people made comments to other peoples report to how great they are so plains commerce bank did not, close everyones account cause I still see people complaining. So, plains commerce bank lied to me saying the program was no longer being offered they closed my account due to I disputed the unauthorized charge to my credit card, I will never again use get a credit card like this again. I, opened the account 02/2005 I never was late in making my payment but onetime plains commerce bank tried to pull that on me, saying I was late & charged a $25 late fee but they corrected their error. Before, plains commerce bank closed my account they only refunded $100 of the $250 they charged my card when I applied, the applied the rest of the $150 to my balance this was after they closed my account. How, are u suppose to keep a credit card if these credit card companies keep closing your account if u have an unauthorized charge, to your card cause they dont like it cause u disputed it, & then they lied saying I never sent them documentaion that I contacted the merchant who made the charge & closed the dispute.
