I placed an order for a DVD box set and then waited 3 weeks to receive it- this made me think something wasn't right since it doesn't take 3 weeks for a box to get from the mainland (where I assumed I was ordering from) to Hawaii (where I am). I finally got it and it took so long because it was mailed FROM CHINA. It is one of those VHS boxes like you'd get when you'd borrow a tape from a store. Inside are individual DVD "envelopes" like the kind you'd get for your computer that has the information or downloads. The disk numbers are written by hand on the disk, and are obviously so not legit. These look like they were made at someone's house or something. Thank GOD I only ordered this and that the DVDs were "on sale" and a "great value". I know the Chinese people who made them will never be caught, but I hope this word gets out to at least one person to spare them from being ripped off.

I also was taken from this company! They go by several different names and are based in Poland and yet they mail everything from China!!! These people are making defective, bootlegged discs and we are all paying for it. I have contacted my Credit Card Company and filed a complaint and filed a complanit through Amazon.com where I found the sponsored link to ClassicMediaDVD.com.
