Planet Metals, Charles Klein of Planet Metals is a Thief! STAMFORD, Connecticut

Its a weird company.  I heard similar stories from another scrap trader of long island yesterday.  They tend to take advance money but never execute on the order. Anyway, from my own experience I thought it was a very weird - their doors are always locked , no response on knocking on the door. No response on the voicemails and certainly no one picks up the phone calls. Its surprising that they are located so close to reputed entities like Rubino brothers and Sims Metal.

This report was filed on September 13th, 2010 by an anonymous person using child like vocabulary making  fictitous  and malicious allegations. The language used in itself proves how absurd the report is. The complaint states that the individual/s would in their next phase contact us through their attorney. It is now March 2011 and we have neither heard from this individual or the attorney. We have filed a rebuttal to this report challenging the writer to step forward and identify with proof any bonafide complaint and also  requested that this article should be removed from your portal due to its negative and baseless content. in our previous rebuttal I  had provided all my contact phone numbers and address for any such person to contact me and deal with me. But until date nobody has contacted our company - and since this individual reporting the complaint continues to remain in hiding behind anon, we are unable to contact and discuss this matter. We have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade commission to stop such people in hiding. I am unable to understand why no attorney has contacted us yet if this is a legitimate issue. 

To whom so ever posted this malicious article. Planet Metals office doors are open to you Monday through Friday - 9am to 5pm, please come and discuss your issue with us. If you cannot come and meet us, we are willing to meet you at your place of business to discuss your problems. If you wish to report us to BBB as you have stated, please do so, that we can respond to you in the appropriate business manner.

This is a response to malicious posting on your website. We are not aware of any person in Garden Grove California who is owed any amount of money from us. No one has contacted us either. This individual can send an email directly to me : charlie@planet-metals.com or call me (203) 504-8009 x 112 during normal business hours or fax his problem to (203) 504-8011. The language used in this individuals report is very lewd and inappropriate. It may seem that this individual was intoxicated or delirious when writing such low life language. In any case this individual must come forward and send us in writing the details of his or her grievances. Writing malicious reports anonymously will not provide a solution to any problem this individual may have hallucinated.

People if you respect your hard earned money, then STAY AWAY from PLANET METALS, STAMFORD.

Naresh Kirpalani (OWNER), and Charles Klein (Chiraag Kirpalani) are full of scrap and scam.

They used to own a different company which they closed as they were sued by several different companies and now they opened another company by the name of Planet Metals.

They will act as one of the biggest American traders and will pretend as if they own several different yards, but in real life they dont own sh*t other than a big huge pile of people who want to kick their ass.

We are also working towards filling a law suit against them.

So people be very very careful and dont trust these suckers.
