I placed an order online for Plaque Buster. They mislead you with their buy one get one bottle free offer. The price they show is per bottle so you are really paying twice as much as you think. The shipping is $6.99 but they will give you free shipping if you get another item for just $10. What they don't tell you is that the free shipping is for he first item but the additional item has shipping. Bottom line is that they charged me DOUBLE what I expected to be charged. Just o buy this product at PetsMart, it will be cheaper.

i read this complaint and was taken aback somewhat , when u buy something online they always say get a second bottle free just pay Separate shipping and handeling i think if most people would take the time to listen to what these companys are saying they would know what the deal is , i but this poduct online and i'm very satisfied . thank you for ur time i just think people need to understand what they see on TV, there are some products that have small print disclaimers that u could'nt read if u paused and looked at it for ever its so small and blurry but most tell u about the separate S & H on second item. Plaque buster works fine for my dog, use it everyday.

I am in Canada and saw the same adv on TV but when I actually called to place an order only I found out that the order is going to cost me more than it was advertisied on TV so I ended up canceling my order. I really don't trust these people. Very misleading adv.
