They send you an e-mail, telling you that you win one millon dollar, or that you are an eligible to win the price, this is very confusing, people only read that they are winning a great price. People see the check and only think that this is the chance to change their life.
Searching the net, I had found decens of similar cases, that had more than a year, and I don't know how no one had stop them.
They charged by Visa or Master Card, so I suppose is easy to track them down.
