FreeLotto.com apx. 5 or 6 years ago claimed I won $10,000.00 dollars and they needed my copy of my SS card and Drivers License and a notorized form they sent filled out. I mailed this information never recieved funds and later on claimed I did not file on time. I stopped paying their monthly fee and forgot about them, now I have recieved a letter from IRS stating I owe taxes on moneys I did not claim in 2006 tax year for ten thousand dollars.
