Platinum Capital money-making scam Las Vegas Nevada

 Platinum Capital placed an add in my local paper stating a legitimate busines opportunity to work at home mailing envelopes for their company.  I sent $195.00 processing fee to set up my home account and  was to receive my business supplies which included the flyers, envelopes and stamps in 3-5 days.  The order was placed on Sept. 10, 2013 and I have yet to rceive any materials.  My check has been cashed and when I called the number listed on the application form, the number has been discontinued-no longer in service.  I was connected to another platinum  capital number for help and that number was also no longer in servce.  I consider myself pretty smart and should know you don't have to pay for services upfront, but I'm out of work and needed the opportunity.
