We at AMT Consulting and Tax Services provided financial statement preparation for the HOA's that Platinum Community Management (owned and managed by Lisa Kim) was managing. We were informed by Lisa at the end of March 2013 she would be closing her business. We billed for the final 3 months of work, and sent invoices. After a month of waiting, we asked Lisa about the payment on the invoices. She gave us the run around saying that she had already sent payment through online banking. We still haven't received payment on any of the invoices. On the last email that we sent to Lisa, asking about payment, she said she was in the process of moving and would check on the payments the following Monday. That never happened. It is well known that Lisa Kim is a felon from Las Vegas who was involved in one of the biggest HOA fraud schemes. If she ever pops up again in the HOA community management world, stay clear of this person, because she won't pay her bills, and she's a criminal.
