Complaint Review: Platinum Protection Home Security System
Platinum Protection Home Security SystemFort Worth, Texas United States of America
Platinum Protection Home Security System UTAH residents need to report this company to Salt Lake City Department of Commerce!! Fort Worth, Texas
If you live in Utah and have had any problems with Platinum Protection of Orem, UT, you need to write, including particulars, to:
Wayne Holman, Chief Investigator, Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing
Utah Department of Commerce
P. O. Box 146741
Salt Lake City, UT 84114-6741.
(This may also be done on line).
I talked to Mr. Holman this week; he said he has received NO complaints from anyone in Utah re Platinum Protection and that his office ONLY investigates complaints from residents of the state (not companies who operate from Utah, as Platinum Protection always has, unless a state resident has filed a report with his office). I advised him that many Utah residents have filed reports on the RipoffReport website, but he said he didn't care and suggested I file a lawsuit against this company and send results to him. I contacted an attorney, also this week, but do believe that the Chief Inspector of this division of Utah government should also investigate UTAH-BASED companies for licensing errors and unprofessional conduct no matter where the incidents occur!
Utah folks, contact him!!!!
