Agreed with Stan McLaurin, "The Corporate Image Group" to produce a Custom telephone on hold program included a SX8500 digital player/adapter. The amount paid was 649. paid $350 down and would pay the balance upon delivery. Contact Stan, via email and phone many times. Always promises it will be there next week. Next week has come and gone to many times and not received anything. Do not buy from this individual total scam and ripoff artist.
