 The owner and other officers of this company ignored multiple attempts to pay for design services the artist provided for the original 11 character designs which were on sale at over 80 web sites. The owner and other officers failed to respond to the presentation of agreements signed by Nina Rappaport Rowan to pay 20% of what the company received to the artist as what the agreement states. Instead, Nina attempted to offer 500 shares of stock.

After years of negotiations, she simply walked away, knowing that the expense of a lawsuit would not be possible for the artist. Since then she has deceived investors and has withheld this information to many of those businesses she now engages. Several millions of dollars have been raised. After recent online searches, the company is now engaged with several Christian schools which is most ironic. To those wishing to do business with this company I urge that you keep a safe distance. Stand up for artists everywhere whom have been ripped off by arrogant businesses.
