My daughter loves to write poetry and is a very creative writer. She is 14 years old and submitted several poems to Poetry.com. She was notified that she was a semi-finalist for year 2008. In December 2008 she wanted to order a plaque and book with her poem. We sent the check in the mail in Dec 08 and haven't received either book or plaque that they have promised. Currently we are out over $100 by this company. We have sent several emails and tried calling 410-356-2000 only to hear that you must send a email to info@poetry.com. which no one will respond back. We can't find the status on our order or anyone willing to contact us back on any information. This company needs to be investigated - I will not let my daughter's work be abused in this manner. This is not how a business is supposed to be run.
