I bought a Prima 15" HD LCD TV from Circuit City on 31 Dec 06. After a couple of months it started having trouble changing channels. Circuit City wanted nothing to do with it. I called Prima Warranty center and took it to the service provider per thier instructions. The service provider was able to re-tune the set but agreed the remote control was completely inoperable and needed to be replaced. By Nov 2007 the service provider had given up as he could get no support from Prima. I called Prima and was assured they would ship the remote straight to me. That was November 2007. Repeated calls meet with the same repsonse. I talked to a manager "Vic" on May 29, 08. Vic assurred me he would find a remote and get it to me as a personal task. Still no remote and nothing more from Vic.

Bottom line Prima belongs to Polaroid and therefore it is in anyone's best interest to avoid anything Polaroid is associated with. I know I am.
