Poly Group Summer Escapes Pools We purchased 16x48 metal frame pool, added 5000 gallons of water as directed and the seams gave way!! We patched the holes as best as we could and the customer service told us to CUT a hole/s out of the liner and send it to them, and they would determine if they were liable or not. It is full of water with patches on the seams! We've only had the pool up for one week. This is bad business and poor quality service and merchandise.  Internet

We purchased the sunscapes pool from polygroup on June 22, 2013.  We had the pool up for one week and two of the seams started leaking.  We began looking and noticed the holes were in the corner of the seams, which make it very hard to patch.  We finally patched the holes well enough so the 5000 gallons of water did not cause pressure and make bigger holes.  The water is still in the pool.  

We then contaced polygroup which left us on the phone for almost one hour only stating we would have to actually cut a hold out of the liner, (still has 5000 gallons of water in it) then they would determine if they were liable for the holes.  If we cut holes out of the pool we could still be out of a pool because they would still have to determine if it was their fault.  How is that right?  We could have taken pictures and offer the receipt but they would not accept that.
