I bought a 15x42 Summer Escapes (by PolyGroup) pool in June for my 2 year old daughter.  The  pool pump lasted 2 weeks and broke.  Immediately we called customer service and after a 1 hour wait, we were told their computers were down and they would call us back.

After 5 business days, we called them back again and we were told that there was insufficient information and that is the reason we never received a call back.  We were told to fax in the receipt and we would have a pump in 2-3 weeks.

It is now 3 weeks.  We called them to find out they have been sitting on our replacement pump because there were unsure of the pump we needed.

By this time our pool has a large amount of algae even though we have been chlorinating it and shocking it.  The pool needs to be filtered every day to prevent algae growth.

Now we have drained the pool and the amount of algae stuck on the sides of the pool is disgusting. [continued below]....
.....  We are not able to use this anymore and need to discard of it.

At this point we have wasted $200 on the pool plus our water bill from filling it and chemicals for the pool.  The biggest disappointment is my 2 year old daughter that keeps asking to go swimming ad she can't because this company failed us. 

I will never buy from this company again.  You are better off purchasing a nice pool and spending your money on something that will last.
