EDWARD G. BERKHOF INVESTOR WATCH ALERT AND HOW MAYOR PAM TRIOLO, AND IDENTITY THIEF JOYCE RILEY HAVE TEAMED UP TO HELP ED BERKOHF DEFRAUD AN ENTIRE COMMUNITY TH MAYOR I SWORN TO PROTECT AND SERVE. 

Below, I am giving you the short list of how many SHELL companies Ed Berkhof has opened, just because the list is too long to write it all out here.  You can verify this with Sunbiz.org as Champion of Justice Linda Lea Kennedy has taught investors.  Most of these companies Ed Berkhof has “created” were opened one year and then dissolved on their own about a year later because no activity was taken to keep them legal.  

These are just a few of the fake companies that Ed Berkhof “creates in his own mind” and uses to falsely bolster himself and defraud investors.  ED BERKHOF and his associates make up fake companies, fake documents to make these scammers look like they are making money, and he lists all of them as either the CEO, President, VP, Executive Director, COO and there are more.  Then they create fake work histories based on these other shell companies they created in their own minds and a few real ones too including IBM where it would be hard to verify the company is so big and he would list himself as a consultant so that would be impossible to verify.  If you look on the net you will see how Edward George Berkhof spells his name differently over and over again (Berkhof, Berkof, Berkoff, Perkhof, Berkhofe, more) although he corrected some of the spellings when he realized Kennedy knew his end game.  Kennedy got photos of the many spellings and posted those on Glitz before Berkhof could change them.  When you look up the companies listed you will see he spells his name differently on some but the addresses and names of associates tell on him.   

Kennedy also described his game.  Four variations are either setting up shells, taking investors money, not issuing stock document while spending the money, and then stringing the investors along; taking and spending investors money and then creating a number of new shell corporations and telling the investor that the old company is no longer good and getting more money for new stock in new fake companies where they get scammed again; or taking investor money as large loans ($150,000 and more) and then playing that same game except he trades the debt for worthless stock in new companies that have zero value.  So he ends up getting rid of his debt through this scam; and there are others but the main fourth scam example is where he “consults” with a company already viable and doing well, brings his scammer friends in to the company, takes all the assets of that company and transfers them to a new company he and his pals create without the owner’s knowledge and then steals the entire company through this hostile takeover and transfer.  And he gets paid by the company owners who are not aware of his activities which adds injury to insult. 

And look at all his important positions. 

Wow Ed Berkhof you are so important.  Can I give you a million dollars?  Please take my funds from me.  LOL  And Mayor Pam Triolo, open the door to your entire community to get scammed.  Ed Berkhof tried to scam Lake Worth just this spring and summer, 2014 with Mediacast Rental Group and Citycast with the Mayor and her staff along side for the ride.  Thanks loads Mayor.  If it were not for Linda Lea Kennedy, Champion of Justice, you would have gotten your way.  Mayor Pam Triolo is a typical mayor in Florida.  These Florida Mayors are dropping like flies one after the other over this type of corruption.  And what is your association with identity thief and Veteran Scammer Joyce Riley Mayo Triolo?  Have you all teamed up too?

An internet poster from 2009 tried to warn people about Ed Berkhof and his kind.  Sir Gerald Birkin knew that Ed Berkhof was involved with Sir Allen Stanford, the Ponzi schemer who stole $8 Million Dollars from investors.  Stanford went to prison in 2012 and Ed Berkhof sold his testimony against Sir Allen Stanford for his freedom to scam investors again.  How’s that for justice?  Below you will read more about Ed Berkhof’s shell game, his business associates including Mayor Pam Triolo, “Hanoi Joyce Riley” identify and Veteran thief, and some cases where he was sued and lost in more of the same type of fraud before and since the Sir Allen Stanford testimony.  Why isn’t Ed Berkhof arrested?  He is an illegal alien from Canada?  Why is he still here.  He has a suspended licence for DUI’s and scams Americans.  So Ed Berkhof bought his freedom by ratting out his fellow criminals pals to save his own skin and now can just continue to screw Americans?

Be aware that many of these companies Berkhof “creates in his own mind” involve VPN, VoIP, and IP/domains so Ed Berkhof likes to post things under other names and uses a cheap voice changer from the internet to make it appear that people support him and hate his enemies (enemies of Ed Berkhof are those who figure him out and try to protect the public from he and his associates.  This time his associates include Mayor Pam Triolo of Lake Worth Florida and Identity thief and Veteran scammer Joyce Riley.  And Mayor Pam Triolo just invited me and a number of other investors into the community just a month ago trying to convince us to spend investment money in Lake Worth Florida.  Should we just hand over our last dime to invest in your snake oil you and Ed Berkhof are pushing?  What are we nuts?  It took an activist who Mayor Pam Triolo and Ed Berkhof tried to ruin in order to protect the community.  Her attempts to warn you Mayor Triolo were met with you claiming she was harassing you.  Incredible!  The details are below but you Mayor Triolo are at the very least ignorant and reckless and at most, you have been exposed for your associations with Ponzi schemers and identity thieves and enemies of Veterans who serve this country.  No wonder the Vet parade is so poorly promoted here.

I was listening to Glitz on air and wow.  This information that was broadcasted needs to be out here.  I looked up this Edward George Berkhof spelling his name many different ways.  This is a warning to all of us about Ponzi Schemers.  They are more numerous than ever and we investors need to watch out for this criminal activity.  Thanks again Linda Lea Kennedy.  You are a champion!  Champion of justice Kennedy describes Ponzi Schemes very thoroughly with examples.  She said that simply a ponzi scheme is when a scam artist like this Edward Berkhof takes investors money with no intention of investing as promised but instead act like bigshots with that investor money to attract other investors who think they have money and then the Berkhof’s of the world then pay investors with other investors money making it look for a while that money is being made.  There is no real investment as promised and the scam usually ends when too many investors want their money back.  The scammers can’t pay it all and the scheme falls apart.  But like an associate of Berkhof’s, the jailbird Sir Allen Stanford will attest, it can take a long time before this is discovered and investors usually walk away empty handed.  Sir Allen Stanford’s shell game fell apart when the economy crashed and he had to produce funds he had already spent.  In Berkhof’s situation, he doesn’t even usually invest it.  He usually just spends it  on drugs and alcohol and big living and doesn’t even give worthless stock documents and no invoices or records appear.

Because Linda Lea Kennedy is like a super sleuth and has some pretty intense and unique proprietary software and (very good friends), she was able to thoroughly look up Edward George Berkhof in a lot of places.  Honestly when I hear her on the air I get goose bumps because I have witnessed her performance so many other times.  Don’t screw this lady scammers.  It is one of the most amazing things when someone tries to scam her clients and then smear her for stopping them this way.  It just forces Kennedy to look into why they are so intense in smearing her?  Like in Pearl Harbor, she lets them have the first strike, but then scammers you better realize that you have woken up a sleeping giant. 

Now, paraphrased, the original posts from Sir Gerald Birkin that caused Kennedy concern about Ed Berkhof’s work with investors stated that Ed Berkhof and Sidney Donald Camper, aka Trip Camper were making up company names, phony tax returns, fake executive positions for themselves, fake donation claims, and the like in order to put up a fake front so that unsuspecting investors would think Ed Berkhof and company were big businessmen who seemed qualified to assist them with their investments because they were (fake) CEO’s, Presidents, Executive bla bla and they had (fake) successful companies which made a lot of (fake) money.   Look on the net by searching Edward Berkhof’s name and you will see variations of this post everywhere from Birkin from 2009 when Sir Allen Stanford was finally arrested for the 8 billion he stole.  This poster links Ed Berkhof and Trip Camper with Sir Allen Stanford who was arrested in 2009 and convicted in 2012 of setting up this same kind of elaborate PONZI SCHEME with Trip Camper as one of his associates.  This poster provided the SEC links to prove that Trip Camper and Allen Stanford were in business together.  Ed Berkhof has been business associates with Trip Camper since the 90’s running this scam when Trip Camper was with Allen Stanford.  And all through the 2000 up to the time of Allen Stanfords conviction. 

Now Kennedy said at this meeting Ed Berkhof actually admitted he worked with Sir Allen Stanford also and claimed he was found innocent.  But when Kennedy looked Ed Berkhof up, she found no such case that showed that he was found innocent.  What Ed Berkhof did is snitch on his business associates to save his own criminal skin to scam another day.  Ed Berkhof also spells his last name Berkoff, Berkof, Berkhofe, Perkhofe and there are other spellings as well.   Trip Camper also goes by Sidney, Sydney, Donald, S. Camper, and often times his name is listed second on organization information so he is not easy to search but Kennedy did it.  Is it just coincidence that they use all these confusing version of their names?  Berkhof tried to claim that of Kennedy who is very well known and only had an unofficial name change when she got married and that was to “honor her husband.”  This was very public and she made it known.  Criminals always try to blame others for what they do to confuse and try to trash the truthful people trying to protect others.  

Kennedy was actually researching another well known case for the Veterans over the last several years and so since she was in Florida she eventually made it back up to the Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Dade County Courthouse Websites to review some cases Berkhof and/or Trip Camper were involved in.  She found some interesting information so she decided to go to the courts and read what was in each case file.  Kennedy stated she didn’t cover everything on the air she could have because her goal was not to smear Ed Berkhof or Trip Camper but to warn investors and I would include all women and to defend herself since what appears to be a business investor of Ed Berkhof namely Mayor Pam Triolo of Lake Worth, Florida and Business partner of Ed Berkhof, Teresa Kahler did not heed Kennedy’s early warnings that they needed to control their business partner/associate who was speaking as a business partner/associate at a business meeting where Ed Berkhof made threats to Kennedy because he knew she was going to find out who he was eventually.   Kennedy instead focused on Ed Berkhof’s scam.  She said more would be coming on the others if she has to defend herself with them so they best just separate themselves from Berkhof, turn him in to authorities to save their own skin just like Berkhof did to their buddies or they may end up part of a story they do not want to be implicated in.  And you know, why these foolish criminals want to take Kennedy on is beyond me.  Read her history.  When will these fraudsters learn that Kennedy  takes no crap from any scammers.  She will protect her people, businesses, investors, any honest people with everything she has.   The lady is relentless and brilliant.

So anyway she talked about just two examples of how Berkhof is working his scam but said there are more in the record and from interviewing witnesses and other victims in Florida, other states and even outside the U.S. 

So Ed Berkhof was sued in 2004/5 Ed Berkhof was found liable for doing what was claimed on the Internet by Sir Gerald Birkin.  In this 2004/5 for setting up a bunch of shell corporation and then taking investor money with fake promises.  He ducked service but finally was caught.  He spent all of the investors money and set up a number of other shell corporations and kept giving the investor fake stock in these new shells  saying that the original one was no longer a good deal in order to placate the investor and make it appear he was helping the investor for a couple years.  The new stock was as phony as the original stock of course with new shell corporations he set up to keep the fraud going.  Finally the investor had enough and sued Ed Berkhof for $50,000 and got $57,000, but never saw a dime of it.  This 2004/5 case was not the one that was posted all over the net by Birkin in 2009 but many of the facts and the “modus operundii” were remarkably similar.   Berkhof took $50,000 from an investor, spent it without keeping records or invoices and set up a number of corporations, registered and unregistered, and other fictitious names to bolster his standing (and those of his friends) as big shot executives.  No documents were ever issued to the investor but fortunately he kept his cancelled check.  Kennedy said that for the laypeople listening to her interview, if you go to Sunbiz.org that is a good place to find additional information on corporations and officers in Florida but these scammers hid behind little internet tricks so you won’t find everything without a lot of research.  But she gave a list of some of the many corporations he has set up and you will see enough.  According to witnesses Kennedy interviewed several of these people that are listed on these businesses as officers are working together but that was all she would say.  There are several more names of his scammer buddies hiding behind the scenes and collecting on the scam.  The same names keep popping up. 

In this case, after Ed Berkhof conned the $50,000 off the investor, Berkhof continued to change or create new companies so many times that it became very difficult to even follow which company was even liable and what company the money ever went to.  Kennedy did some extra research to find out that a company out of Clearwater, Florida was also involved and that company contained a number of familiar names.  Berkhof admitted in that case that he actually kept the $50,000 and never issued a stock pledge, and never concerned himself with following the law, etc.  The investor won a judgment of $57,000 plus dollars and never saw a dime before Ed Berkhof disappeared.  Ed Berkhof is flying below the radar today in Lake Worth, Florida, and may be living with Mayor Pam Triolo’s secretary.  How’s that for a nice illustration of incest in corrupt politics. 

In another record, Kennedy said that other Berkhof and associates took investor money and spent it creating other fake companies and jet setting.  There the trick was to take the investor’s money as “loans,” then to create other shell companies and fake income tax returns and fake executive positions to bolster their story and when the investors realized that they wasn’t going to get his money back, he and his associates would trade the loan for fake stock in their new shell corporations (even better stock so they said), that were also worthless in exchange for the debt.  So Ed Berkhof  and associates would steal hundreds of thousands of dollars of investor funds eventually free and clear by trading the debt for worthless stock in fake companies.   

The second case Kennedy disussed occurred just at the end of 2013 and happened in little Lake Worth, Florida right where Mayor Pam Triolo opened her community to this fraud.  This is where Kennedy met Berkhof.  Again same story.  This time fortunately only $6,000 was taken without honoring a stock pledge.  Ed Berkhof owes a little under $7,000 to that person.  How many of you think this victim will even see $500?  And by the way, Ed Berkhof has a tendency to give the court fake addresses so if you were conned by him, ask the court to lock the scum up and get a prosecutor on it because Kennedy has the goods on this shyster and he will bolt to a new unsuspecting community. 

And to Mayor Pam Triolo, is this how you protect your constituents?  Not only let Ed Berkhof loose on your citizens but then open him up to the businesses to be defrauded also?  Investors, as long as this Mayor is in charge I would not spend a dime there.  She needs to go.   Lake Worth and all communities deserve better.

In the interview and from my reading on the net, our champion Linda Lea Kennedy who is a well known and respected hero-activist who has protected consumers and businesses for years met up with this Berkhof.  She was doing business in Lake Worth, Florida recently when she met Ed Berkhof and his business partner Teresa Kahler, from a company called Mediacast Rental Group in Lake Worth, Florida.  Teresa Kahler is also a mortgage lender (from Sea Breeze Lending in Boyton Beach, Florida) and MediaCast Rental Group shared an address with her.  This was a post box office in Boyton Beach.  I took this from an interview with Kennedy and also looked on her sites and  then looked on the net for this guy Berkhof. 

What I am writing in this warning is for all investors, businesses, and all women too so Ed Berkhof doesn’t try to make you his next sugar mama since he needs a cover for his illegal immigration issues.  He needs somebody to give him U.S. citizenship because he has been illegal for years.  So ladies, you are warned.  If you are housing him, boot his a__ to the curb and call INS.  Or even better, if he is there, call INS first to come haul his scam a___ out of this country.  As a Veteran and speaking for all Veterans who faught for this country, a scammer who is also not even supposed to be here is enough to get an old fashion military blanket party going.

We investors are tired of this crap.  Even when we do our due diligence, these criminals can make up a virtual world of fake companies and documents to scam us.  What I am going to tell you about is how Champion Linda Lea Kennedy was able to uncover an entire scam of investors involving this dude Ed Berkhof and how he is linked to Teresa Kahler, his business partner who was in charge of investors for Mediacast Rental Group, and to this Mayor Pam Triolo of Lake Worth, Florida.  This Mayor opened individuals and her entire community to this scam artist and then sat back as he harassed Kennedy with impunity.  

Apparently this Mayor has multiple ethics violations being reviewed and needs to be punished.  Come on Governor Rick Scott!  Get rid of these losers.   Your mayor is associated with Conman Berkhof who was associated with Sir Allen Stanford and is still trying to work his con even in Lake Worth, Florida.  I would take the Miami mayor over this Lake Worth clown any day. 

On Kennedy’s website she put an open letter to these three because when she tried to stop this before it got ugly this Mayor tried to turn it around and then fueled the fire so Berkof could continue to harass her.  If she writes the mayor the mayor claims she is harassing her.  DO YOU BELIEVE THAT?????

So this is the History and my two cents are in red:  She met with Ed Berkhof (a.k.a. Berkof, Berkoff, Berkhofe, Perkhof, etc.) of Lake Worth, Florida and Teresa Kahler of Sea Breeze Lending in Boyton Beach and Lake Worth, Florida on May 3, 2014 in Lantana [this is in Florida].  Edward Berkhof and Teresa Kahler were business partners in Mediacast Rental Group.  [There were also two other companies CityCast, and Supercloud  or Supercloud Holdings which Ed Berkhof was promoting but I am not clear on which Supercloud.  But he was appointed VP and see below for how many companies Ed has claimed to be VP.].  The purpose of that meeting with MediaCast Rental Group was to see if Kennedy could consolidate their efforts to help the city of Lake Worth businesses after Ed Berkhof and Teresa Kahler’s (and maybe Mayor Pam Triolo) proposal had stalled.  In order for Kennedy to work in cooperation with Mediacast Rental Group, she needed three issues addressed.  She prequalified her meeting conditions with Teresa Kahler in advance.  Teresa Kahler agreed that working together would be a good idea for the best interest of Lake Worth.  She and Kennedy discussed possible ways they could split duties.  Teresa Kahler also assured Kennedy that if Kennedy would meet with Ed Berkhof (a.k.a. Berkof, Berkhofe, Perkhof, etc.) he would be professional and would answer questions in a genuine and forthright manner as Kennedy was agreeing to meet in good faith. 

Kennedy listed her concerns upfront before the meeting so Ed Berkhof (a.k.a. Berkof, Berkhofe, Perkhof, etc.) could be prepared.  Kennedy’s concerns were the following:

 1) The quality of Ed Berkhof’s workmanship because Kennedy had heard about some problems;

2) The issues Kennedy had heard and read about his creating Ponzi schemes with multibillionaire Ponzi schemer Sir Allen Stanford agents some of whom are now in prison and;

 3) That Kennedy would be assured that Mayor Pam Triolo was not a business partner of Mediacast Rental Group nor would she be unlawfully entangled in any of Kennedy’s projects.  In regard to the Mayor of Lake Worth Pam Triolo, Kennedy’s goal was to work in cooperation with government when possible, but not to be in ownership with government as she believed that to be a huge conflict of interest and not good for the city of Lake Worth businesses.  Kennedy wanted full disclosure and Kennedy wanted to be able to provide full disclosure to the business owners thereafter.

Now from the interview with Glitz, Kennedy was stating that she knew anyone could post anything, and she  genuinely wanted to give Ed Berkhof a chance to explain and was willing to listen to what he had to say.  She would then have to verify his information of course, but she wanted to give him a fair chance which was a mistake with this guy and this mayor obviously.   Kennedy is too kind for her own good sometimes and she wants to give every person every chance to do what is right.  People like Ed Berkhof and the Mayor Triolo do not deserve that consideration Kennedy.

Even though Berkhof was warned in advance that Kennedy needed to have clarification on these three matters and his business partner Teresa Kahler stated that he was fine with that and would answer her questions, when she met with Berkhof and Kahler later that day Berkhof immediately became defensive saying it was “weird” that Kennedy would ask him about investor issues.  Now investors, go up on the net and see what is written about Ed Berkhof.  Whether it is true or untrue, why is that weird that she would ask for clarification?  On air she asked, “How could I protect my clients and investors without asking that question and doing due diligence thereafter.”  Linda Lea Kennedy is absolutely right!  If it proved false, then great!  She said, “But I had to ask just as I would expect to be asked about all of my consumer protection work and the smear campaigns I receive from every Ed Berkhof that gets nervous when I start seeing the scam.  I am proud of my work and love to tell about it.”  And you know, that is why so many of us hire her.  Because she had the guts to do something about what all of us are complaining about.  Accountability in government.  Government putting the middle class out of work.  Businesses over taxed and sued relentlessly.  And of course her work with the poor and less fortunate.  Excellent Linda Lea Kennedy!  And she said, “With Ed Berkhof, I also needed some assurances on his workmanship as there were some complaints I had heard.” 

She said the meeting was antagonistic at the very beginning and she wanted to leave within the first couple minutes.  She said she knew she would not be working with Mediacast Rental Group in any capacity within that time.  Before she had a chance to bow out gracefully, Ed Berkhof said he and Mayor Pam Triolo would ruin her and she would never walk the streets of Lake Worth again (Mayor Triolo story can be found elsewhere and there are complaints filed against her now). 

The day after this threat, Ed Berkhof, among other things has taken to the Internet posing as “Dave vonKleist” who is actually a guy who fled to Argentina after many of us Veterans along with many in Kennedy’s organizations exposed Dave vonKleist and his wife “Hanoi Joyce Riley” of fraud against we Veterans and others including identity theft and making up cover stories to give them fake credibility when they had none.  And it is just like the way Ed Berkhof behaves that you will read about below with these fake companies he sets up.  But Joyce Riley and Dave vonkleist’s fall from grace is well documented on the net already.  That is a different story for a different day but you can find a lot of that on the net.  And let me tell you, many of the Veterans dealt with Dave vonKleist and Joyce  Riley’s slander.  They hide behind other names and have a definite way about which they proceed.  We have been at the receiving end of their fake crap when they tried to make it look like they were innocent of it.  Their own staff started telling on them they are so disgusting.  So Dave vonKleist doesn’t use his own name when he is slandering Ed Berkhof and he fled to Argentina in shame years ago.   

So Ed Berkhof, you want us to believe that years after this exposè aired on Dave vonKleist and Joyce Riley, and the day after Ed Berkhof promised he and Mayor Pam Triolo would ruin Kennedy, that the alleged Dave vonKleist (Ed Berkhof) suddenly appeared out of nowhere (Argentina) and just decided to make up a new lie about an old story. A new story he never told before now?  From Argentina?  Berkhof even uses this cheap/free skype voice changer and was going around to businesses trying to get them to dismiss Kennedy from various projects.  Ah, the virtual world of Ed Berkhof.  No friends, just VoIP and a free voice changer from skype where he can make phone calls sounding like a different person.  What a coincidence Ed Berkhof that somehow Dave vonKleist (Ed) who was shamed out of this country would just decide after about 8 years or so to claim all kinds of new bad things about Kennedy (Ed) who was instrumental in him giving up back then.  And Ed Berkhof even called the police in little Lake Worth as Dave vonKleist to tell them what a bad girl Kennedy is.  LOL.  He just decided to wake up and bring up old stories that shamed him out of the country, and make up new lies about them and then on a whim decided to call Lake Worth, Florida police right and it was just a coincidence that you and the good Mayor went to see them just before his call and it was just a couple days after you started harassing Kennedy.  What a coincidence.  LOLOLOLOL.   Meanwhile Ed Berkhof is texting and emailing Kennedy under this fake name how he is going to cut and paste evidence against her, so if you read garbage on the net, that is who it is from and his best cut and paste rendition with the help of Joyce Riley who is still being exposed for her continued identity theft, defrauding veterans, etc. even after vonKleist fled in shame.    Joyce Riley.  Are you sure you want to wake up the sleeping giant?  Remember how our exposure of Dave finally made him flee from the truth which started to fall upon you both like an avalanche?  It made good old Dave expendable.  Even his daughter felt the pressure due to the Veterans being so disgusted with you both.  I digress but these thugs make me sick and Kennedy has been the one protecting us for so many years.  

Now Kennedy even posted an open letter to Berkhof, Mayor Pam Triolo and another business partner of his Teresa Kahler which you can read at precioustimeradio dot com and look for the open letter to Ed Berkhof and company, trying to give Ed Berkhof and the others a chance to just come clean. 

Kennedy was even willing to try to help Ed Berkhof get a fresh, honest start since he looks homeless and broken down with no chance to support himself any longer.  I looked up his picture online.  It is the one where he has old gray dirty long hair and really worn out face.  A has been.  Why any investor would fall for that I am not sure but if he starts saying his mumbo jumbo and uses other people’s money and a voice changer to make him look important with a lot of fake support well I guess anything is possible.  Having the Mayor of Lake Worth Pam Triolo as his front man was very deceiving and her having a meeting with a bunch of us to convince us to invest in this scheme is sick.

And Kennedy, your grace you give is WAAYYY more than most people would do after what is being done to you girl.  Although she has not told all, Ed Berkhof knows what she knows, but any good Veteran gentleman knows enough to warn all marrying age women to be aware that Ed Berkhof needs you in his snare so be aware ladies.  But back to the story, as expected Kennedy trying to send an “olive branch” as she calls it didn’t go over well but she did try.  So now she has to go on air and deal with crap that should never have gotten this far if it were not for irresponsible business partners who get in with a scammer like Edward Berkhof and then  who did not put this to an end before this happened.  And Teresa Kahler, are you part of this scam or what?  Are you really this dense that you did not at least look at the net to see who you were partnering up with?  I find that hard to believe.  The person in charge of the investors is usually the one calling the shots.  Is this scam your gig?  The Mayor is a different story.  She opened up her entire community to this scam artist and let him “smear” one of the most honorable activists and people in this country who has helped more people than you Mayor Triolo will ever even meet.  You are at least disgusting.  At most a scammer yourself who knew full well who Ed Berkhof was.  All you had to do is google him and you can’t miss it.  And he dates your secretary?  You didn’t know?  LOL

Kennedy said that Edward Berkhof’s unusual reaction to her when she was trying to give him a chance to explain at that meeting caused her to look to see who he really is as she should.  Why such an extreme reaction by Ed Berkhof when she was actually willing to give him a chance to explain the situation.  She was willing to help the guy get on the straight and narrow if he proved true?  But that was the problem.  He was going to be exposed.  Why when she tried to reach out to him and see if she could get him on the right track did he continue to go on this crazy course which would eventually lead to her having to go to the airways to defend herself and warn others?  This only hurts Ed Berkhof and his associates at MediaCast and the others he has been scamming with?  Sounds like he is expendable.  And Kennedy is already well known for her solid work over many years.  This isn’t going to hurt her any.  So she looked to see who is Edward Berkhof.  What was he so concerned about that she knew or would know that he had to do a preemptive smear on her?

Because Linda Lea Kennedy is like a super sleuth and has some pretty intense and unique proprietary software and (very good friends), she was able to thoroughly look up Ed Berkhof in a lot of places.  Honestly when I hear her on the air I get goose bumps because I have witnessed her performance so many other times.  It is one of the most amazing things when someone tries to smear her this way.  It just forces her to look into why?  Like in Pearl Harbor, she lets them have the first strike, but then they have woken up a sleeping giant. 

Kennedy was actually researching another well known case over the last several years and so since she was in Florida she eventually made it back up to the Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Dade County Courthouse Websites to review some cases Berkhof and/or Trip Camper were involved in.  She found some interesting information so she decided to go to the courts and read what was in each case file.  She didn’t cover everything she could have and stated so because her goal was not to smear Ed Berkhof or Trip Camper but to warn investors and all women and to defend herself since Mayor Triolo and Teresa Kahler did not heed her early warnings that they needed to control their business partner/associate who was speaking as a business partner/associate at a business meeting.  She instead focused on Ed Berkhof.  She said more would be coming on the others if she has to defend herself with them so they best just separate themselves from Berkhof or they may end up part of a story they do not want to be implicated in.  And you know, why these people want to take this lady on is beyond me.  Read her history.  She takes no crap from any scammers.  She will protect her people, honest people with everything she has.   The lady is relentless and brilliant.

So anyway she talked about just two examples but said there are more in the record and from interviewing witnesses and other victims in Florida and other states and even outside the U.S.  So Ed Berkhof was sued in 2004/5 for doing what was claimed on the Internet by Sir Gerald Birkin.  She said the 2004/5 case was not the one that was posted all over the net by Birkin but many of the facts and the “modus operundii” were remarkably similar.   Berkhof took $50,000 from an investor, spent it without keeping records or invoices and set up a number of corporations, registered and unregistered, and other fictitious names to bolster his standing (and those of his friends) as an executives.  Kennedy said that for the laypeople listening to her interview, if you go to Sunbiz.org that is a good place to find additional information on corporations and officers.  According to witnesses Kennedy interviewed several of these people that are listed on these businesses as officers are working together but that was all she could say. 

In this case, after Ed Berkhof conned the $50,000 off the investor, Berkhof continued to change or create new companies so many times that it became very difficult to even follow which company was even liable and what company the money ever went to.  Berkhof admitted in that case that he actually kept the $50,000 and never issued a stock pledge, and never concerned himself with following the law, etc.  The investor won a judgment of $57,000 plus dollars and never saw a dime before Ed Berkhof disappeared.  Ed Berkhof is flying below the radar today in Lake Worth, Florida, and may be living with Mayor Pam Triolo’s secretary.  How’s that for incest in business. 

In another record, Kennedy said that other investor money was spent on other companies and the trick was to take the investor’s money as “loans,” then to create other companies to bolster their story and when the investor realized that he wasn’t going to get his money back, he would trade the loan for stock (even better stock so they said), in other companies that were also worthless in exchange for the debt.  So this guy walks with investor funds free and clear.   

The second case occurred just at the end of 2013 and happened in little Lake Worth, Florida where Kennedy met Berkhof.  Again same story.  This time fortunately only $6,000 was taken without honoring a stock pledge.  Ed Berkhof owes a little under $7,000 to that person.  And by the way, he has a tendency to give the court fake addresses so if you were conned by him, ask the court to lock the scum up and get a prosecutor on it because Kennedy has the goods on this shyster.  And to Mayor Pam Triolo, is this how you protect your constituents?  Not only let Ed Berkhof loose on your citizens but then open him up to the businesses to be defrauded also?  Investors, as long as this lady is in charge I would not spend a dime there.  She needs to go.

Below, I am giving you the short list of how many companies Ed Berkhof has opened, just because it is too much work for me to write it all out here, but again, go verify this with Sunbiz as Kennedy says.  Most of these companies were opened one year and then dissolved on their own about a year later because no activity was taken to keep them legal.  These are the fake companies that Ed Berkhof used to bolster himself and defraud investors.

These rogue government smear campaigns are not knew and certainly not knew to Kennedy.   Taking a rather attractive lady and cutting and pasting her picture on porn, fish eying it on photoshop, and several other trip tricks just goes to show how digesting these people are all under the name of Dave vonKleist who has fled the US for Argentina.  Linda Lea Kennedy is a champ and a hero in this country.  Because of her knowledge of the law, Kennedy was able to document the corruption every step of the way with the courts even claiming on record that they are not held to the constitution/precedents, that they can punished a citizen of this country for using your alleged right to Freedom of Information, etc.   Go listen to the tapes if they haven’t been destroyed yet.  It is AWESOME what she did!

But, we Veterans and others are not here to debate this in this writing.  Kennedy made her leadership of these movements VERY public in spite of the courts’ attempts to do stop us in secret.  So enough of that here because Kennedy’s information is elsewhere on the Internet for those interested and we are all very proud of Kennedy’s relentless work in the accountability field, and she has many police, local, state and federal authorities, lawyers and judges supporting her who are just as tired of dealing with the lack of accountability and the arbitrary and capricious rule of law as so many of you are in the public realm.   Kennedy supports all law abiding people no matter what their position in and out of the government whether lay people, lawyers, judges, police, politicians and of course our Veterans and that will not change.   

And as she always says, life is short so take this warning on Ed Berkhof seriously, but then go out and play some tennis, golf, swim, or just go to the beach and enjoy.  I guarantee you she is.  I have met her and she really is a very unique and caring person who will not stop when she is on the scent of someone being abused.  Thanks Champion of the Veterans Linda Lea Kennedy OUR HERO!
