Pool Deals pooldeals.com Slow/NO Service - No Product delivered Grand Island, New York

I purchased a solar cover online from pooldeals.com on july 8th, received notification with an order number and that's all. July 19th comes around and i did not receive anything in the mail or by email. Tried calling them on the phone but good luck getting hold of anyone. finally got a real live person who told me the order wasnt ready to ship yet thier website says "This Product Usually Leaves Warehouse In 3-7 Business Day(s)" but the product is not in their warehouse its at the manufacturer creating the cover. They wont guarantee you the cover in that time nor do they let you know that its going to be a delay when they cant make the time. They have no answers and just canceled the deal with no apologies. I do not recommend purchasing from them.
