PoolsExpress rip off lyers stay away Grand Island, New York

i order an item on 1/7/2013 it was for a pool cover and clips i had to wait several weeks for the item to come it finally came with no warr and no clips that i purchase the only thing i got was a pool cover. so i called on jan 15 and spoke to nicole who was rude and hung up on me several times and finally i got another person on the phone who said they where going to send the clips i waited and never got the clips i also then called back on jan 23 where the gave me a ups tracking number and the number is 1z6141460348354427 where they said that the created one and it will be going out that day

i just check the tracking it never went out so i called and again spoke to nicole who hung the phone up she said she will give me the refund for the clips but i told her that i brought the pool cover for the clips she said i can't return the item back there company says you can return the items back and she won't allow it she told me im an a** hole because im complaining when i don't need the clips i want to return the pool cover back so i can get my money back this company is rude and are lyers. they say one thing and do another.
