Do a seacrh here on Rip Off Report for the names I gave you above. There are dozens of reports with names of the owners, contact information and removal instructions.
The CA AG, WA AG and the FTC have gone after these scammers and there is an ongoing FEDERAL case right now.
The regulars and I here on ROR squashed these idiots when they were operating as Movieland.
They use executable code to install this trojan on your system without your knowledge or consent. Getting rid of it is easy, look for the post from Lorraine-Phoenix for some good removal info.
Then fwd your complaint to both the WA AG and the CA AG as well as the FTC, using the contact info I provided in an earlier post.
I hope this helps.

Nothing on the 'net is free anymore. 10 years ago, yes. But now there are always strings attached to all of these goodies- as you have now learned. Buy your music in a store.
You can obtain a firewall (i.e. ZoneAlarm)
Spyware protection (i.e. Spybot)
Software policing (i.e. WinPatrol)
....and so forth. So get thee some management software to purge your system, and then STOP DOWNLOADING those free goodies, because NOTHING is free.
