They sent us a letter stating we had an outstanding account with Kay Jewelers (which we do not as we check our credit report often) and gave us 3 payment options. I copied the letter and mailed it back to them telling them they were full of bull and attached a copy of a rip off report and told them I was filing my own complaint.
