In the year 2000 My brother % I wanted to build our credit.We could only get a secured credit card $500. They charged the account $5 to withdraw cash. We then tried to use them at the store,Smoke shop & Gas stations. Every single time it was rejected. But We could go to an ATM without leaving the store to withdraw cash & surprise. It would allow us to withdraw cash(at $5) a trans action. After drawing the balance out we tore up the cards (May 2000) & canceled the cards. almost 5 years later I heard from Portfolio Recovery. I have been getting calls from them every since then. In the A.M. the P.M. even Sundays. I sent a cease communications I'm still getting calls. Now they are asking for my sister Missy. So now the # of calls is out of hand. They have also been hitting my credit report several times to keep it active. Is there a lawyer arond Oklahoma Handeling a class action suit or should I try to find 1 on my own. That was my Main Question. Statue of limitations in Ok. is 4 years. I guess sueing them is the ONLY way to Stop these calls. Thanks for any help I can get Okiedan
