My husband and I too were ripped off by this company in February 2012. It started with the presention done by Tony, who is no longer with the company and then numerous phone calls to Peter Haglund who also seems to have departed from the company. It culminated with taking this company to Small Claims Court in San Diego. They failed to appear despite being served with notice and they also failed to appeal the decision by the court. We were awarded a judgment against this company. Trying to collect the money due to us has been an absolute nightmare. Repeated phone calls and emails to Alicia, in the San Diego office who according to another post is Ron's daughter; messages left in the San Francisco Office to request return calls from Rebecca and Ron have fallen on deaf ears. I spoke at length with the receptionist in SF about my frustrations but to no avail. I guess my next alternative is to file a police report in San Francisco. I have filed a dispute with VISA but haven't received a resolution as of yet. If anyone has any further suggestions, please let me know.
