It all started with a simple question posed to the clerk at
When I opened what I expected to be a report with the answers to so many questions I got a got a notice that my request for the report had been denied along with a receipt confirming that they had cashed my money order (that could have been a check if I wanted to use one). According to the letter, the failure to deliver the good that had been paid for was made at the request of the District Attorneys Office on the grounds that they not release records regarding the case.
