Portraits USA in the Southern Park Mall Lied about pricing of pictures. Pictures are terrible. All of the pictures weren't included. salem, Ohio

I recently went to Portraits USA in the Southern Park Mall to get our family pictures done. We heard of them when a man walked up to us and told us the deal they were running. We are young parents but we really wanted to get our family pictures done, so we agreed.

We went to the Southern Park Mall and went next to Dillards, where Portraits USA was to be located, they were not actually.They were done near JCPenney, in the old Subway. It took them a long time to get our pictures set up and done.

We were understanding, but they kept having me hold my head awkwardly because they couldn't get the glare off of my glasses but my fiancee was fine, which also upset me. They took family pictures, picture of our daughter and my fiancee, pictures of me and my daughter, pictures by herself, and pictures of me and my fiancee. 

When I went to collect our pictures they didn't inform us I was going to have to pay $250 for the smallest package they had! They tried to get me to buy a package for over $1,000! I'm a waitress and my fiancee installs garage doors, I'm sorry we don't make that kind of money! We have a five month old people!

We went threw my pictures quickly. I didn't realize until I got home that there were none of just my daughter and I in the package! This made me furious. I carried this little bundle of joy for nine months, I gained well over forty pounds and I take care of her, yet I don't have a picture of just the two of us! 

In every picture I am in, I look like I weight a lot more than I do, after having a baby who wants to feel like that?! Also, there is a glare on my glasses in every picture. I can't express how angry I am!

I called Portraits USA and I still have not received a call back. I believe this company is a scam and I would never recommend them to anyone! They should not be in business anymore and I fully intend on getting a full refund!
