Recently me and my wife were ripped off by Portraits USA. They had a deal with KROGER, where we can take few picture for $ 20 . When we went there , Photographer took 10 picture, We did not ask him to take all the pictures, The day we suppose to pick up our picture , They gave us the worst 2 picture. and we had to pay for all other picture were nicer, I never had a experience like that.
