I paid monthly to use the post affiliate pro software for my affiliates. I was new and never used this software before so I planned on really trying to give this a chance even though I was very unhappy with thier service as they took several days to reply to emails and never gave answers they only send you to a blog to read further instructions which is not what i consider customer support which is what the monthly fee is really for. Otherwise I would have just saved myself $100 and bought the software with no support offered. So by the 5 month they completly stopped answering my email inquiries, they actually locked my account and at this point I had over 250 affiliates depending on this to earn money and wer all locked out. Post affiliate Pro however still took my money through paypal at the beginning of the month and provided no serice. They have left my business in shambles to where I had to literally change the entire affiliate program and buy an entire whole other software (glad I did) becasue the new software is so much easier to do and offers way more anyways.
