Power Tax Relief Scam artist big time Los Angeles California

I am behing in my payroll taxes to the tune of $28,000. The IRS agent paid me a visit and when she left of course I was scared stiff. I called Power Tax Relief and spoke with a Raqueal she took all our info including telling us we would have to pay PTR $4500 for their services. Well, I made a $900 payment that day on their services and they sent me a packet of papers to fill out and return to their legal dept within 30 days. I sent the papers and copies of everything they requested.

Never heard anything for a week or two. I recieve a call from Ann Nguyen their attorney that is handling the case and she said she never recieved my fax showing I paid the current month payroll tax. I refax this info to her still nothing from her. IRS files a tax lein in the meantime. I still don't hear anything from Ann. Then one day this last week she calls my office and tells my employee all about my tax business, no need to call her back it is to late, IRS has already filed a levy against my bank account since I did not fax her the copies of my payments (2) monthly payroll taxes. I tried calling her office 2-3 times that day to find out what is going on. All I get is a recording telling me all agents are busy and to leave a message. (I left 2 messages that day for Ann and still haven't heard from her)

I called again 2 days ago and the lady that answered said she was on another line and would have her call me back. Still nothing. I have paid this company $1560 to help me and now I find out they are a scam. I am going to my bank on Monday and stop payment on any future drafts from them for their services. I did fax copies of my last 2 payroll tax payments to PTR and to the IRS agent that came to see me. I just don't know where to go from here. I can't afford to have my account levied because if they do then how am I suppose to pay the IRS and all my other creditors?
