I contacted power tax relief in august 2008,and sent 700.00 to begin the process.well IRS within 3 weeks redone my file and i only and i only owed 832.00 dollars and not 10,000 as they first thought.so i called thomas crane ,i was told i cannot get a full refund but i would receive 500.00 back into my account on october 10th.and 2 days prior to that i received a call from mr.crane saying it was an oversite,i only get 200.00 and then he threathen me saying if i continue to call his office i would receive nothing.is there something can be done to force him to return money.he didnot do anything.i never sent him any personall information.and as of today.i have not received anything,no return calls from nancy who claims she do the refunds.nothing
