In the ad they showed a sets of books and the dvd for instructions, The books were never shipped, I only received a lousy homemade DVD(recorded in a garage)
After log on in the Power4home site, I read the reviews from other customers and I was shocked to read all of these complaints. It was my mistake not to check the company before I order the "product"
