I was soon emailed that a CD containing the manuals had been shipped, but no refund. I never received the CD, so I again emailed clickbank for a refund. Was then told CD could be downloaded, but no refund; My account continued to be billed 27.00/month for customer service and CS website doesnt even work! I finally contacted clickbank by phone at 800-390-6035.
Agent was very helpful, and said they had ceased relations with Power4home and immediately forced a refund on P4H that was not reversible. Clickbank is just the billing agency. The problem is Power4home. They are a complete internet scam.
