We agreed to the repair. We shipped the bike at their cost, after my husband basically threatened them with litigation for fraudulant business practices. It took us 6 months to get the bike back. When we received it, the engine had leaked all of its oil out into the box and the carburator was busted.
It took us 3 months to get Powersports Max to replace the motor. Our children have ridden this bike a total of maybe 3 hours since we purchased it in Dec 2011.
It still breaks down more than it runs and we believe the motor wasn't fully replaced with new, but just put back together and sent to us.
We will NEVER do business with this shady operation again. SOOOO disappointed that a business can continue to operate in this manner and have NO consequences.
