Prado Fullfillment Center smoke freely e- cig they do not tell you that your 14 day trial begins the day you ordered, that you have to call back and get a rma number to return it or you will be charged Scottsdale, Arizona

 I placed an order for the 14 day trial of the Prado e-cig starter kit with 20 refill cartridges for $7.98 from this site,  http://www.smokefreely.com on April 5, 2011, received product (minus the 20 cartridges besides the ten in the starter kit) on the 8th of April 2011.

In the terms of use site   http://www.smokefreely.com/terms_of_use/ it says nothing of returning the product within the 14 days and that you need to call back and get this RMA number or they won't accept any returns, they charge your account the full amount if it is not returned within the 14 days. You cannot just call and cancel your trial only for the monthly refills, and there is no refund just an exchange.

The fourteen day trial starts the day you order, not the day you received it so you don't get a full 14 day trial. [continued below]....

.....On the 20th of April I called and cancelled the monthly cartridges and what I thought was cancelling the 14 day trial of the starter kit , received a cancellation number. On April 21, they took the amount out of my account of $149.98, because I did not return the product within the alloted time.
 Upon further investigating they are on several different websites all with different terms I found this info on this site http://www.safesecuretrial.com/terms_of_service/. ,apparently this is the one they go by!

I do believe this is a scam because they do not fully inform the consumer in the terms of use at the smoke freely  website.

This needs to be reported to the better business bureau.
