 This caption was advertised on "Facebook" . I read all the information which stated: Pay only shipping  for this .  It didn't state that you had a period to try it and if you eren't satifised, to cancel any membership.   I happened to review my bank acct. statement on Friday and saw a charge for $149.90.  I tryed calling the 800 nbr to call and see what this charge was and kept hearing a recording.  So Iemailed them to cancel this and told them I would be sending the kit back. I'm waiting to hear from them as of this date june 27th.

Keep calling them and don't give up.

You really have to keep calling them until they answer.  Demand to talk to a supervisor asking for your money back.  They only want to give $75.00 back but I ended up with $100.00 back.  What a shock it was for this lying cheating company to help themselves to my bank account.  I had to cancel my debit card and have another re-issued.  They'll keep charging your card.  So beware.  You should let those at Face Book know about this too.  Maybe they could put something on their website to let other people know what Prado is really about.

Debit Card

Please read some of the other victims stories here at the prado site.  you'll see it can be a nightmare.  i had to fight with them to get at least $100 back, but I got it back this last Friday and I immediately went to the bank and cancelled by debit card.   There are others though they sent it back using an RMA number still had their card charged.
