Dear Ms. Anderson:
It is my duty to inform you that I am resigning my affiliation with your company; PrePaid Legal Services, LLC. This decision is irrevocable, so I expect to receive no contacts requesting a contrary decision.
Your office has pillaged my account until it no longer supports an effort to pursue any phantom, financial rewards. You've again withheld commissions that should have been paid last week. Your excuse was that there was a complaint about what was promised to a client.*
Zero effort was made, on your part, to call and verify the reason for the complaint prior to freezing my commission. Had anyone invested the calories to do that, it would have been crystal clear, even to the retarded, that the accusation had no merit, but you did actually commit your valuable time to write me a letter! Was the reason so you could gloat as you did the last time?
Well now you can keep the money, as you did all the money due me when you sent that emergency letter demanding I pay the company over three hundred dollars, so I would panic and quit like so many others. That little trick, as planned, consumed all my working capital and doomed any further real chance of earning anything. I believe I'm not your first victim and that that gimmick is employed by your office against anyone whom you or your friends dislike.
Parker Stanbury has no more interest in fulfilling any promises, made to me as a member, than you and you've known that for years, unless you're catatonic. You may claim to be malnourished or addicted to drugs, but you'll never convince me you're ignorant enough to believe they serve the membership, for more than one call, no matter how Oklahoma you are.
Well I'm finally out of money and can't afford another premium. I have a forty-two dollar over-draft debit from the last withdrawal. That's what your office wanted, all along, so PrePaid won! I resign all affiliation with you as of this moment, on this day of this year.

The only communication you've ever ignored is the resignation I mailed to you, and I know you can read or have access to someone who can, so you're not snowing anyone; you're just being yourself and demonstrating the utter contempt with which Prepaid and Stonesipher holds those who sign up as members and associates. You're just acting in agency, though you really hold the same opinion of the membership as they, and why shouldn't you? You know you're just a pyramid scheme, so how much respect can you feel for just another sucker?

If Pre-Paid legal is taking money out of your account after you've asked them not to, then why haven't you called your bank to block charges from them? Listen, I may sound biased to you but I am an Independent Associate with Pre-Paid Legal, fairly new, but all that you've mentioned regarding commission withholdings I haven't seen, and I personally know too many individuals who've been with the company for a long time and surely enough I can say they are enjoying what they do. The opportunity part of this company may not be for everyone, as I can see it wasn't for you, but I must say, respectfully, I am in disgust when people classify network marketing as a "pyramid scheme." My question to you is: do you work at a Job/Company? What position/level are you at in the Job/Company? Who is above you (active upline)? a-ha! now we're using network marketing terms...if you are at the bottom level of corporate america, for instance, whether being in sales, customer service, barista at starbucks, or whatever, you are at the bottom of the largest, most powerful pyramid scheme known to mankind: Corporate America! Everyone above you in the Corporate America pyramid is making money off your back, and you may not even notice it until you work in network marketing where individuals are interested in starting a leverage based business to WORK TOGETHER, and make money TOGETHER, not off of, but together.
To summarize: Upline in Pre-Paid Legal or any other network marketing industry wants you to make money and will help you achieve that, because in return they will make money as well.
Upline in Corporate America wants to make all of the money while overworking & underpaying the average Joe, but will not enthusiastically help their downline earn more money than what they are supposed to (not true in all cases, as there are bonuses in a few select companies, but true in most). They dictate our income and how many hours we put in. It is the downline's responsibility to report to work and earn what the company dictates how much he/she is worth and surely they dictate our incomes and hours because they know the avg. Joe has bills to pay and cannot afford to quit and does not have the ability to become an entrepreneur in a society where 95% are Job-minded individuals.
